Overall an excellent pool robotic cleaner. I enjoy the app compatibility, ease of use, and how well it cleans. However, I have an irregular shaped pool with a variety of elevation changes. I wish the robot could navigate these elevation changes and clean the steps, benches, and elevated areas as well as it cleans the rest of the pool floor. Also, the standard basket that comes with the cleaner is insufficient for fine dust and sand. I had to purchase a separate fine mesh basket before I was able to catch these particles... read more

A suggestion that will improve pool coverage is to ensure the cleaner cable is entering the pool at the center of the length of the pool and that only the required amount of cable is allowed into the pool. Essentially, you should only allow enough cable into the pool to cover the furthest point from the cable entry location in the pool. We love our new pool cleaner (herby) does a great job and the power the 4wd has is awesome he climbs the sides and step and letting him out the water is easy!

This may be the best pool purchase I have ever made. It cleans perfectly, it is easy to use, runs from my smart phone and the most important thing I love is the "lift system" which makes taking it out of the water so simple. I highly recommend it.

Does a great job getting debris off the sides/bottom but anything that floats usually doesn’t get sucked in. It churns up a lot of algae but I guess it wasn’t designed to vacuum the algae. The lift system is nice but still a little heavy for me to get out of the water. The long cable can also be a little cumbersome to coil up.

Overall I am very pleased with the cleaner. It is effective in scrubbing the bottom and sides. I’m not pleased with the cable twisting. I thought the swivel would have some control but it doesn’t.

Great robot so far very easy to use. Only thing I think could be improved is the lag time on remote control operation. It can be little tricky to self drive due to the lag but other than that it’s great.
