Wonderful hotel! The staff always takes great care of our two fur babies; they are kind, caring, patient, and they always go over our dogs needs like meds, food, and extra bathroom breaks. They really love dogs and it shows.

Clean facility but needs more staffers

POOCH Hotel could also be called, Peace of Mind Hotel. We couldn't even think of caging our dog in many of the local kennels and were not comfortable having someone come to the house to walk him for just a few minutes a day. POOCH Hotel was fantastic for our recent weekend trip. Though this facility is a little pricier than others, being able to see Sparky at all times on the camera was priceless. The staff was wonderful. I was able to call anytime without feeling like I was bothering anyone. My Rosie is not used to other dogs and was very nervous. The staff would pick her up and reassure her when she needed it. By the end of her stay she was used to pkaygroup. She was even crying when we left and wanted to go back inside.

Great experience from the moment we walked through front door. Wonderful staff, made my fur-baby welcome and looked after. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love pooch hotel! The staff are professional and very friendly. The facility is fantastic and clean. I also love that I can check on my dog using the webcam link. My dog always leaves happy and tired!

my dog seemed happy, although I emailed several times to check on her and no one responded. The camera was at an angle that made the back half of her "suite" impossible to see, so I didn't catch a glimpse of her on the cam the entire time we were away.
