My dog Kash had an awesome experience at the Pooch Hotel. Kash has been there for daycare as well as to board. The staff obviously love dogs and Kash was really happy to come back. That is a telling sign. The last place we went was Best Friends and we did not have a good experience there. Kash was literally pulling to get away when we went a second time and he was limping when he came home. Pooch Hotel was a totally different experience. It is clean and bright and happy. This was the first time my dog spent the day at the doggie daycare. He came out happy and tired and the staff seemed very caring.
