We have never boarded our two dogs aged 11 and 9 and were naturally concerned about their stay. The staff were very informative, warm and friendly when I dropped the dogs off. The facility is spotless! The webcam availability during their 'playtime' was a great feature as we could see them interacting with the other dogs. It was reassuring to see them every day! Pooch Hotel provided special attention to my dogs needs and I was very happy with the resolution for my dogs happiness in adjusting to the environment while I was on a business trip. I always feel that Molly is well taken care of. EVERYONE at Pooch Hotel is kind, professional and caring. We could go elsewhere but why would we? Pooch Hotel is the Ritz Carlton for pets!

We love the Pooch Hotel! When boarding our dog Chase we have no worries that he will be well taken care of. Chase also enjoys his daily playtime and socialization with the other “guests”. The staff are wonderful and the customer service is outstanding. The hotel is immaculate and the choice of accommodations are outstanding.
