The home we bought came with a gas fireplace. It never seemed to work right and we couldnt figure it out. I called and Joe was super nice and easy to work with. He assured me he could help and sent Jim out to service my fireplace. It turned out as good as new and I was surprised that the service was such a great price! Both Joe and Jim were very professional and provided great service. I will definitely use Poores again
