Ive been a customer for quite a while. Ive never had any issues when calling for a delivery for fuel oil. They are always there when they say they are going to be there. Employees are always nice and courteous when answering the phone. Prices are reasonable

I am very pleased with Poores, their costumer service is very helpful and polite and are willing and happy to help with your needs, Carolee was especially helpful when I moved into my new home alittle over 2 months ago, I was very overwhelmed with everything going on and her calmness, and polite helpful manner was a relief. We have been a customer for 8 years now. The customer service folks are always courteous, willing to help & just easy to talk too. They are very prompt with their deliveries & offer many different programs to fit your budget. This company is just very nice to deal with. We would not even think about changing suppliers ! We have also recommended to many of our neighbors & friends who use propane in their houses to sign up with Poores ! In closing Poores is a great company to handle your energy needs !
Every time I call Customer Service, the treat us like family. They are always on time with the delivery, and we have had zero issues in the 1+ years we have been a customer. Awesome job!!!
