We have been using Poore's for almost 4 years now. We are set up on the automatic refill. We have never had any issues with being low on propane and them not filling up. Also, making a payment has been easy with no issues at all. We are satisfied with their service.
I moved into the DE area in 2017 and needed to switch propane providers at that time. Poore's customer service walked me through the steps to switch and set up a site inspection. The rest is history and been smooth sailing. Carolee and Michelle of the customer service department provide exceptional customer service and will always strive to take the best care of you! Propane delivery is always prompt. I also needed some service done a while back adding a propane connection and moving a water heater to a different location. The job was done completely and professionally, and the price was very reasonable.
2-3 years ago I would say custom service was not great but now everyone is very helpful Michelle is really great to work with!
When we purchased our home in 2015 the relationship with Poores had been long established. And we consider ourselves to be most fortunate! The service in the field and in the office is superior.
