My experience with Poore's Propane has been excellent. I have been a customer of Poore's since 2007. They deliver the propane when they are supposed to, I have never had to call them. They are very respectful of our property. I have used the "Budget Plan" and that works very well for me. Once year, I call and check on my payments and balance. Great service as they offer a budget plan that is very helpful. Also, the cost is very reasonable for our BBQ grill, fireplace, stove/oven and heat pump.
I absolutely love Poores propane and Susan has been a pleasure from the moment my account has been set up. When you place a call, they handle everything very quickly and even give suggestions on how to save a few coins. They are patient and kind all throughout. Their website is updated and very easy to navigate. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for propane or just needs information. So thankful for them as my propane provider!

As a new customer from NY to DE, we needed to understand how we would receive our propane. 1). Someone actually answered the phone! Susan couldn't have been any more helpful. Not only did a technician come out and review our unground surroundings, but he educated us on what to expect with levels of the tank itself. We needed propane and with one quick call, we were set up same day to get propane so we did not have any inconvenience.
