Poore's helps takes the pain out of the high cost of propane. There offer a payment plan which distributes the estimated yearly use over 8 payments and pays 5% interest on the balance to be applied to the next year's estimated cost. The customer service agents are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I just recently switched to Poores from Amerigas. The process was extremely easy and the staff was very helpful. They dug up my old tank, placed their own and filled it within two weeks. Its nothing like being able to communicate and work with people locally, gives a whole different feel. The prices for services and propane are reasonable and realistic. Im happy to be switched.

Exceptional customer service. Poore's helped me switch service and get a heating oil delivery when my previous provider's office error left me without heat during an impending blizzard. Poore's not only made it happen, Susan's compassionate customer service was a balm during very hard times.
