Amazing customer service! I chose to bring my 11 year old pitbull here for his VERY FIRST vet visit! He has terrible anxiety with car rides which causes me so much anxiety! The experience the staff provided to me and my baby boy after a VERY stressful ride to the office, was impeccable! I thank God for sending me to this vet as well as my friend who recommended them! Such an amazing experience and I could truly feel the care and sympathy from the staff! Thank you all!

The staff is welcoming and loves our animals. Dr. Williams does a great job of explaining what is happening with our dog and the options we have for treatments. They also contacted us the next day to check on our dog and answer any questions.

Dr. Williams & his staff were very thorough. They explored the possible causes of my dogs illness, ran tests, and determined the best course of treatment. It is hard to see our 4 legged family members age and suffer illness, Im thankful to Dr. Williams & Poquoson for their love & care for my boy.
