I want to take the time and say thank you to the staff that helped us. This morning we had to put my childhood dog Biscuit down. It was by far the hardest thing I’ve had to do and the staff were amazing… they didn’t rush us and were so caring. Words cannot express how thankful I am for their caring attitude towards my dad and I.

We are new to this facility and have two large dogs and a turtle that receive their care here now. We have seen three of the veterinarians there and have loved them all. The staff is amazing and they seem to care about my pets as if they were their own. We recently had a pet emergency and they made a stressful situation so smooth. Thank you to all of the staff!

I had to put my dog Bo down. There were no questions asked, no lingering nor waiting, no convincing of other options. They knew the emotions involved and knew how to handle my sad situation. They even sent me a personal condolence card in the mail. As good as a bad situation can get.
