Other than forgetting a drink order, the experience was fine. A little over-priced however. If we didn’t have a gift card we probably would not have chosen Portico.
Food excellent. Very, very loud…. Difficult to hear people you are with (due to poor acoustics, many people, and piano player)
Our dinners were ok, nothing special and certainly not worth the cost. Service was very good. Ambience was great. Piano player was excellent. Overall, we were disappointed in the quality expecting much higher quality for “steakhouse “ prices. The filet was very average, and the crab pasta entree was very bland and had pieces of crab shell that needed to be picked out before eating. We won’t be back.
Our waitress was very very slow and overwhelmed. The service was truly terrible. Luckily the food was spectacular, the hostess was very very sweet and friendly, great personality.
Food was great but the service was less than acceptable. Waited almost an hour before our entrees arrived and then another 20 minutes of wait for dessert. All the while we saw neighboring guests that arrived after us be seated and cashed out within a reasonable amount of time. We were celebrating our anniversary and husband birthday to not have any recognition for the events. It was noted in the reservation and when we arrived. Disappointed to say the least.
I definitely would recommend this restaurant! The food was amazing and our server (Tara) was awesome! Give her a raise!
Went for our anniversary, Vic waited on us and was awesome! Very good at her job. One of the best meals I’ve had in my life
The food was amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful! Definitely worth the price! I did the veal chops with risotto and it was so good! The chop salad was also amazing and the crab pasta!
The music was a little too loud! We had a hard time hearing each other. That was my only complaint, otherwise it was wonderful 👍🏻👏
