Had a great dinner again last night at Portico. We don’t even come to DelLago unless Portico is open. Our dinners were wonderful and our server, Kelly, added to the enjoyment. Can’t wait to go back.
Portico always meets expectations! We always start out with the calamari and it's always cooked to perfection. Our main entrees were the filet mignon and the twin lobster tails. Both were excellent. Dessert choices were the lavender infused creme brulee and the mixed berry crumble. Our server was really great, too. All in all, it was a perfect evening!
We have eaten at Portico many times and it is the only restaurant I have ever been to in my 65 years that I have never had a bad meal. I always look forward to the next meal there.
No complaints nice place to enjoy a meal drinks where also great service was fantastic definitely recommend it if your at del lago casino
I would have given a higher rating except for a few things. We were not offered fresh cracked pepper with our Caesar salads. I had the lobster tails and the butter was not served over a warmer. The butter was cold long before I finished the lobster. Our drinks were set down directly onto the table with no napkin or mat. The glasses sweat and there was a lot of water on the table. Our server, Melissa, was very attentive and provided excellent service. She recommended the garlic scallops appetizer and it was delicious! I had the lobster tail for my entree and it was cooked to perfection. My brother had the ribeye and was very happy with it.
Very loud group eating near us. My salad and steak were delicious I had menu emailed to me, but when I was given the menu it was limited and what I really wanted wasn’t on the limited menu. I was alittle disappointed Our waitress was very nice. I was disappointed that there was no bread at table…I did see people at bar with bread I had espresso and it tasted burnt I felt like I would have been happier at Smashburgers. Asked for bloody steak… it was closer to medium My Martini was very good
Last night there was a gentleman singing and playing piano-jazz and he was EXCELLENT!! Gave the restaurant a great vibe!!! Food is always great there. A special treat.
A great meal and a great staff made our experience special . We will be going back to enjoy another great meal in the future .
