We love our 3 bedroom townhouse that we rent from Prairie Hills. My husband and I have just signed our lease for a second year of living here and are huge advocates for others to move here too. Prairie Hills fosters a safe community with a reasonable cost for living. Every single staff member we have encountered has been more than accommodating and pleasant. Even through we are very pleased with the area, it is evident that this company is working hard to continue to improve the property!

This is the best place to live in Decatur. Amazing location across from Target and Starbucks and a few minute drive to all the restaurants in Forsyth. The leasing manager is EXTREMELY helpful and maintenance takes care of requests quickly. Pet friendly neighborhood.
Best apartments!! Great neighborhood, wonderful landlord and cozy apartments! I love the benefits like being able to have animals, the gym, and with my two bedroom I have a washer/dryer! Just all good things, highly recommend!! �
