RecommendedFairlawn has done a fantastic job with these apartments! The cleanliness has increased tremendously as well as the safety and the amenities such as the new playground for the children. I also would recommend these apartments due to the sound barrier. I've been to plenty of apartments where you can hear your neighbors, but that is not a problem here! I haven't had any issues, great property!!
RecommendedI've lived at this complex for the past 4 years in every size apartment they have to offer, each has a unique interesting style. The new management company has already done great things around the complex to improve the aesthetics and functionality. I highly recommend moving to Prarie Hills. I don't see anything but great improvments to come for the area
