0 Star : My Experience Overall appearance is very much important but limited to its importance. The body shop did an impeccable job. Superior quality and craftsmanship went into the reconstruction of the cosmetic damage. What I am completely upset about is the mechanical side of the repairs. Any automobile accidents regardless of severity should be treated as more than just a collision and body damage.
