Over the years of having my IRA at PTC, I have been fortunate to have Christina Ramirez in the Client Services Department assist me. She always resolves my questions within minutes. She helped me complete the process by providing regular communications on the progress of my request and contacting me to check on information. The requested funds were ready in my local bank account within 3 business days. I couldn’t be happier with her expeditious and professional service.
