As a long time accredited investor I've dealt with several of the biggest SDIRA custodians and can say PTC is absolutely THE BEST by a long shot. PTC is the firm I use for ALL my active accounts because their client service folks are the most capable and attentive in dealing with ALTERNATIVE ASSET providers. Generally transactions book perfectly but a recent 3-party mix-up got weirdly convoluted and was timely solved by PTC's Alysia B.
During the course of setting up 2 accounts and coordinating multiple transfers to Preferred Trust, Alexandria, Christina, Alysia & Kristine with the Client Services Team have been Fantastic and Genuinely Awesome! Im old and not good with computers and the processes these days, but these girls have made my life easier with their knowledge and their help getting me through all the required transactions!
