Alexandria was an immense help in directing me on an IT form from DocuSign. She listened carefully to my problem and then gave me the solution. Now since I am fairly computer illiterate, helping me is not usually very easy. However, she calmly directed me and we completed the form. She was very patient and clear while talking with me. Very professional, yet friendly. Made me less anxious while asking questions. She’s a good employee!
