Called Preferred Trust to get my Account Fee bill for 2024 late Christmas eve and Alysia called me back Thursday morning and said she would email my bill and form so that I could pay it. Within an hour I had my bill, filled it out, submitted it with my payment info, and received my Receipt documentation. Excellent service.

I received a very fast reply to my e-mail request. Whenever and e-mail address starts with "info@", my instinct is to think, oh boy here we go into the "ether". Well I've found Preferred Trust is always prompt to reply and answers all kinds of questions.
