I received the information and I’m grateful for that, but I think there wasn’t a real connection with the person that I was talking to. In the past, I’ve talked to people like Alysia and it was fun to talk to her it was really engaging. The person I last talked to was nice and professional, but I didn’t feel there was a personal connection. Not that there has to be a personal connection but it makes the phone call more pleasant. Thank you
Preferred Trust is an awesome company and provides excellent customer service every time I ask for assistance with my IRA account. The representatives are courteous, knowledgeable, and always follow through with whatever is required when servicing my account. The website is also very user-friendly and easy to use.
