I've been a Preferred Trust client for more than a year and I can't say enough good things about them. Their staff is knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. Today I had difficulty logging into my account.. I had the pleasure of speaking with Alexandria Moore who not only had the knowledge, but also the patience, to spend 15-20 minutes working with me to resolve my problem. She definitely surpassed my expectations of great customer service. Thank you for your wonderful attitude and your great service!

I had two issues. One being that the money that I had requested to be sent to my rental management company was not received by them when I thought it would be. When I informed Preferred Trust, they took care of the issue quickly and the check is being sent to them today. The second issue was I could not log onto my account.
