Second time in a few months waited over 30 mins past my appointment time, no explanation no apologies. I should add, the midwives and Dr Newman are fantastic and once I was finally called back the appointment was great, no rushing at all.

3 stars for the midwives. That's it. I'm currently in the middle of my OB care at Premier and highly considering finding a new provider because the care I've received at Premier has been less than acceptable. First of all, the front office staff is less than friendly. Can't even be bothered to crack a smile or say hello when you walk in the office. I'm pretty positive that's customer service 101. I had the most amazing experience with the birth of my third son and first vaginal delivery! The midwives were so patient with me and reassured me when I thought here was no way I could VBAC after 2 previous c-sections. I recommend Premier care to everyone!
All the staff here is super friendly. I loved working with the midwives and Dr. Newman through my pregnancy and delivery.
