The gentlemen that came were on time, professional, and overall did an excellent job cleaning up the numerous animal stains I couldn't get out! They also gave me great advice on how to keep them looking great! Thanks Premier! I will be using them again in the future I am sure! I definitely recommend them and stop using rug doctors! "Love" is a strong word for carpet cleaning (hehe) but I have nothing negative to rate them down on so they get the full 5 stars. Over all they were easy to schedule with, easy to work with, and they did a great job on my carpet, chair and couch. Friendly and efficient at a reasonable price...what else could you want in a service? I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

Since 2012 we have had our carpets cleaned by Premier. These guys are always on time, very professional, courteous and service oriented. Plus, my house looks GREAT when they are done.
