They took time to talk to me about why my carpet looked a little dirty knowing that I try to keep it as nice as I can. Very straight forward with the pricing, they were in time and they were in and out in less than an hour! Will be using them again!
Awesome people and they did a great job. Didn't take them long and the carpet was completely dry the next day.
Out of all the carpet cleaning firms in the Colorado Springs area, this one is the best. They are exceptional, and I rarely give 5-stars to any firm! I didn't have time to move anything before they arrived, so they simply did it all for me. Yay!!! I will use them again, and I won't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

The gentlemen that came were on time, professional, and overall did an excellent job cleaning up the numerous animal stains I couldn't get out! They also gave me great advice on how to keep them looking great! Thanks Premier! I will be using them again in the future I am sure! I definitely recommend them and stop using rug doctors! Over all they were easy to schedule with, easy to work with, and they did a great job on my carpet, chair and couch. Friendly and efficient at a reasonable price...what else could you want in a service? I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!
