My basement flooded, and this company made me wait three months for new carpet installation—not due to a busy schedule, but because they claimed they called once, got a wrong number, and never followed up with an email or further attempts. Turns out, they had the correct number and never actually called. When they finally came to install, they parked in front of my full trash can on the street, blocking it on trash day, instead of using my empty driveway. I personally scheduled the job with your wife, and we have phone records to confirm that communication.
