I am very disappointed with my floors they actually look like crap
We have used this company for several years and always pleased. However, today was not the same. Young man was nice but didn’t follow the normal protocol which was frustrating. I received a call from the manager assuring me that the worker would be talked with and I will give them a second chance since today’s experience was not typical. Be sure to be clear with instructions and make sure it is understood.

They are Amazing- work around your schedule to get your carpets done! Always put up corner pieces to ensure no scuffs etc. Daniel is Very Professional and Friendly! I ask for him each time as he does an Amazing Job! They have been doing my carpet for 3 yrs now would definitely recommend!
They do a good job, and will make everything right until your satisfied. I have had them back out to my house 4 times. And would recommend them as a reliable company!
