I have had migraines since I was 18 yrs old. I was attending Baylor Universitity at the time they started. After college I moved back to Austin. My son and I were visiting in Waco (my brother and sister in law are also fellow Baylor Alumni). Yesterday I had a migraine come on quick and was vomiting so many times in a row that blood was coming up. My brother took me to Premier ER, best decision ever!!! They are amazing! This was such a good experience in a scary situation. They embraced us and really showed they cared. They got us in quick and immediately started working to see what was going on with our son. Thank yall for extending love and care to our family.

The front desk was fast, friendly and efficient. We were in/out in 30 minutes. The nurses and doctors were pleasant and helpful.

Doctors and nurses are so nice, helpful, funny and compassionate. But Michelle at the ER front desk side needs some customer service training. Rude and not helpful at ALL!
