After spending close to 4 hours, not because of any delays in care, we were seen quickly, l'm extremely pleased with not only the care but personal attention received at The Premier Woodway Emergency Department and Urgent Care. My husband took a hard hit to his face ( referred to in Dr terms as Face Planting) his chin, cheek, nose and most of his forehead was all stitched up. You would think you'd need a Plastic Surgeon given the face, however one day later and it is clear to see The Drs and nurses did an amazing reconstruct... read more

Took my baby girl in to get checked out and had a wonderful experience! The front desk ladies were awesome and helped us so much! The nursing staff was great as well! Dr.Uptergrove was so kind, listened to us and took his time checking out my daughter and I could not be any more thankful for him and his team helping us out with our sad, sick, one year old! Highly recommend this er and will definitely be back in the future!

I was just in a week ago. I called too explain too my doctor that the medication they prescribed was starting too work and literally a day after I stopped everything started swelling again in my throat. I call and explain this, asking for them too do something or even just prescribe me the same medication (zpack) so I can get rid of what I have and the lady refuses too help me. tells me I have too come back in and spend another $200 so they can prescribe me the medication again. idk about you, but not everyone has $400 too b... read more

I arrived feeling dizzy, disoriented, unable to answer simple questions. My coworkers drove me there because I couldn't drive. I also had muscle weakness. My temperature was 100.4. The doctor did some blood work to see what was going on. Meanwhile, a nurse began to put an IV in my arm and it was extremely painful. I cried because it hurt so bad. Blood was going down my arm and she began wiping it up with an alcohol and up to the area where the IV went in! That began to sting. The doctor came back and said the blood work came... read more

The service is great, but please know that you need to check to see if the individual doctor treating you is in network, rather than the facility. The treatment was in November 2017 and I received a statement for payment in June 2018. It has been requested that Premier ER code the claim as facility rather than the doctor and they refused. What’s even more frustrating is I was treated in Urgent Care rather than ER by a nurse practitioner and I’m guess he’s assigned under the doctor. I do not recommend the er side. They say they are comparable on price to a hospital er. I would say that is wrong. I got my insurance statement and I don’t even want to see the bill from them. It would have been a lot cheaper to go to a hospital.

Staff was friendly but it was very slow.... had to leave and return for test results. Dr. had said he would prescribe a medication and there was no medication prescribed.
