I have visited this E.R. twice in the last year, once for myself and once for my son. I cannot say enough good things about the facility and staff. They are very-caring, efficient, attentive, professional, I could go on and on. I would recommend them to any and everyone. In the event that you end up needing to be admitted to one of the hospitals, they are able to pre-register you which makes that process so much easier. Premier is fantastic!

Wow! That Urgent Care was great! I will definitely go there again if needed. They had me in and out of there in less than an hour! Great staff!!!

I came in at 4am complaining of severe cramps and bleeding from what I thought was a miscarriage. They treated me with respect and urgency and never minimized my pain or condition. I was seen within minutes and felt comfortable the whole time. The staff was courteous and kind. By 6am I had had a full examination and ultrasound. I was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy and transferred by 8am to Providence ER where I was in surgery by 10am. My first time here was last night. They got me in right away and were so helpful. I've been sick for the past few days and I'm already feeling a lot better after seeing the doctor. I love that it is 24 hours and close to my house. I will definitely be going here from now on.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Premier ER in Woodway! I have been there multiple times after I am not pleased with Madison's diagnoses that her pediatrician gives us. We were just in there Wednesday and this evening Madison started being in excruciating pain on her right ear which can be from her virus that she's had and we went back today and they were so eager to help us do whatever we needed to do to get Madison better.
