Best ER experience I've ever had in my life...in and out in less than an hour! Thank you Premier!
I am from California and broke out in hives from something I must have eaten. By the time I got to Premier, my tongue and upper lip was swollen and more hives were now on my chest, arms, and legs. There was no waiting as they jumped into action and got me hooked up to meds to help this horrible reaction I was having. I am so thankful for Dr. Tim Welter and his nurse (I'm so sorry I can't remember your name, but you were very attentive), for their wonderful care. It was a pleasant experience all around. From your pick of free refreshments (sodas, coffee, water, tea...) To, fast, professional, kind, attentive providers. The nursing staff was very sweet and the Doctor wasn't rushed and chatted with us while splinting my hubs ankle with the assistance of his nurse. Definitely better than sitting in the hospital ER for hours. All said and done, X-ray, eval, and treatment took less than 2hrs. Can't beat that!!!

All of the staff was extremely accommodating and caring, the follow up calls form the Dr.s shows en extra level of care, absolutely recommend their services.
Good people fast service can't ask for much more. They got me back up and running so they did their job and did it well everyone was really really really nice

Took my nephew in at 0200 with a severe laceration to the underside of his toe. Dr. Bryant brainstormed quickly to determine how best to work on the wound. Nephew ended up on his belly with his foot in the air. Teamwork between the doctor and nurse accomplished quick repair. It only took 2 hours from start to finish. And the paper work was just as quick. Thank you guys, from a fellow nurse.
