Everyone was very kind, compassionate, and really listened to my concerns. Premier ER is faster and better than the other local emergency rooms. I was in and out in approximately two hours. No long wait in the waiting room, to get blood work, or a CT scan. They are very fast and proficient. They even call you the next day to see how you are doing. I will gladly recommend them to friends and family.

Working in the medical field for over 30 years I was very impressed. The staff was fantastic along with the level of care give. This is the place to go when it's not a life threatening situation.

Our Waco, Woodway, and Temple locations are both an ER and Urgent Care in one! Although the majority of our patients are urgent care, the ER is crucial in many cases!

Everyone was so kind and compassionate and I could tell they really cared. They took my concerns seriously and did their best to make me feel comfortable. The next day, I got a call from the doctor that saw me to see how I was doing. I will be coming back whenever I have the need again!

The whole staff was nice and friendly and really caring. It was quick and thorough and the doctor really listen to my symptoms and ruled out every possibility. Very cool of the NP to give a follow up call the day after to see how I was doing!!

Great care for our daughter last night. Very caring and efficient staff. Facilities were spotless! No waiting! We definitely and highly reccomend this place!
