Going to the emergency room is never a pleasant experience.. However the amazing staff make it effortless.. I was in so much pain and the staff was quick to assess my needs and make sure me and my husband were both taken care of.. I felt very comfortable and we'll taken care of by all the staff from the ladies in the front the doctor and nurses.. Thank you so much for all you did and continue to do.. You are greatly appreciated...
I was just in a week ago. I called too explain too my doctor that the medication they prescribed was starting too work and literally a day after I stopped everything started swelling again in my throat. I call and explain this, asking for them too do something or even just prescribe me the same medication (zpack) so I can get rid of what I have and the lady refuses too help me. tells me I have too come back in and spend another $200 so they can prescribe me the medication again. idk about you, but not everyone has $400 too b... read more

I arrived feeling dizzy, disoriented, unable to answer simple questions. My coworkers drove me there because I couldn't drive. I also had muscle weakness. My temperature was 100.4. The doctor did some blood work to see what was going on. Meanwhile, a nurse began to put an IV in my arm and it was extremely painful. I cried because it hurt so bad. RecommendedI went to the Premier Urgent Care in Woodway, TX and I checked in and the clerk told me to have a wait. Why sit down? I was called back not even a second after I sat down. Got into my room and a nurse and someone who goes over your medical history with you was in and a minute later the doctor was looking at my wrist and he said X-ray would be in. I thought it was going to take hours. 5 minutes later, X-ray walks in and takes pictures and sends them off. The nurse walked in 10 minutes later with a splint and instructions to g... read more

The service is great, but please know that you need to check to see if the individual doctor treating you is in network, rather than the facility. The treatment was in November 2017 and I received a statement for payment in June 2018. It has been requested that Premier ER code the claim as facility rather than the doctor and they refused. What’s even more frustrating is I was treated in Urgent Care rather than ER by a nurse practitioner and I’m guess he’s assigned under the doctor. Be ready for them to over bill your health insurance. Charged over $2000 for an allergic reaction. Bills at an ER rate when it should be urgent care. You've been warned.

Although 70 percent of our patients are able to utilize only the urgent care, some conditions will require ER treatment, especially if they are deemed life-threatening.
