Staff was extremely nice. They were very knowledgable and told me everything I needed to know. Definitely will be going back if I need to see urgent care or ER again. Highly recommended!!
We were here last week with our 14 month old baby boy. I was blow away by the service we received! They got us in right away, they were so friendly, diagnosed him and got him a prescription and we didn't have to spend hours waiting after we got into a room. They will most definitely our "go to" ER. Thank you so much!!
I took our daughter this week. We were seen immediately and had a diagnosis and prescription in hand within an hour of arriving. Everyone there was professional, courteous, and went out of their way to make our girl feel comfortable. AND to top it off, there was a followup phone call the day after we were seen just to check on her. It was definitely not expected, but such a nice touch. We will definitely be making this our go to office. Thank you Premier ER Plus! Y'all are awesome!

Everyone from the front desk to the nurses in the back were extremely friendly and caring. The place was clean and we were well taken care of. Debbie, Carrie and Madina the xray tech, were super sweet and caring and Mark the NP was very thorough. Hope to not be back(not meaning that in a bad way) but very glad to know they are there incase we need them. My daughter Landree thanks you for getting her on the road to being well.
This place is wonderful. We got right in. They were so now nice and caring. It was so much better than going to the hospital emergency room in every way. I would highly recommend.
Went in for an injured ankle last night, they saw me within minutes of my arrival - meanwhile the hospital ERs had hours of wait time - they have an amazing staff, everyone was so friendly and eager to help me. They even called me today to follow up and check to see how I am doing! Minus my broken ankle, this was by far THE BEST emergency experience I have ever had. The facility looks like it's brand new. Everything is super clean, very professional. I would highly recommend them!!! 5/5 or 10/10!!!
