Premier ER + Urgent Care
I went today because I couldn't get into my regular physician. I was worried about a wait time during my busy day, but I was so impressed! Friendly front desk staff, a wait of 5 minutes in the lobby, no more than 10 minutes once in my patient room. Awesome staff, beautiful and clean facilities, expeditious treatment. I'll definitely go back if I have an urgent need.
This place is AMAZING!! I went in with severe abdominal pain a few weeks ago and ended up getting admitted to Hillcrest and having my gallbladder removed the next morning. The staff was so friendly and professional and I was seen, diagnosed, treated, and transferred out for admit all in less than 2 hours. I even received 2 follow up phone calls from the physician, personally to check on me after surgery! I would recommend this ER to anyone!!!
The service from the moment I walked in was AWESOME! Every person was friendly, helpful and just simply nice. My PA was extremely well at explaining things. My nurse was more then wonderful. Even my X-ray tech was awesome! Great place and great group of people!! Thanks for making me feel better and not taking my entire night away from me to do it!
If you have an emergency, I would highly recommend this facility. We experienced exceptional care, no wait time, and a follow up call the next day. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Premier ER Plus!

Premier ER Plus is wonderful! From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left, I was treated with such care and compassion you just dont find anymore. The staff and Dr.Zecca are absolutely amazing. Forget big hospitals and those other "treat and go" clinics. My family will always choose Premier ER Plus for any of our medical needs.
Compassionate, knowledgeable, short wait time, efficient and dedicated. Much better than waiting hours at an ER! Waco needed this, thankful!
