I was seen by Dr. Daniell and staff, they were amazing. They were caring and professional. The test results came quickly and I was transferred to a hospital as a direct admit with no problem. Wonderful experience! Thank you so much for your service to Waco!

I want to say a special thank you to Premier ER for taking such excellent, compassionate, prompt and loving care of our little baby girl. Dr. Daniell, PA Meghan , RN's Diana and one other which I forgot the name of (I'm so sorry) and our friend Alissa, you were all wonderful, it helped seeing familiar faces and I was very impressed with the care you provided for us. I don't usually do reviews, but I just needed to share. I was having REALLY bad chest pains and was dreading going to hospital ER or Urgent Care. So I tried Premier. I was in and out in two hours! They got me back quickly, ran all the needed test, and was able to get my pain to at least a tolerable level. Dr. Beatty, and all of the nurses-Kristen and Alexis were AWESOME! Just wanted to thank all nurses and the doctor who saw my wife Jackie was in great pain and quickly diagnosed she had appendicitis. Had direct admit papers done for Providence and 2 hours later had that removed. Jackie is home and doing great. Thank you Premier ER. I highly recommend them to all people. James and Jackie Vidrine
