Faris and his team helped me get into my first home and first refi with just a few phone calls. Working with Faris had been such a positive experience. His team is very professional and understanding. Being first time buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns. They answered each question I asked clearly and provided supporting documents. Faris and team were excellent to work with. They were able to get creative where others could not deliver. They responded quickly to questions. They fulfilled their commitment to close date even though there was a 3-day delay from another party in the process! Their portal was safe, secure and easy to use...love, love, love! Faris went above and beyond the call of duty to help us on our transaction. He took the time to explain all aspects of the loan to us so went felt very comfortable and also took time to explain our loan to an agent on the other end of our deal who needed extra hand holding. He was amazing! I would definitely refer him to family/friends and use him again for other personal transactions!
