Assistance at the front desk was decent. Better than the previous visit. The wait seemed longer than what I expected given we arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment to fill out forms, however the interaction with staff once we were in the back made up for any inconvenience. They were friendly and informative.

Premier orthodontics is amazing. They’ve been so patient with my daughter and they are very understanding. I love it there and I would not want my daughter to go anywhere else!!!!

There needs to be more room for the waiting area. We stay outside for 30 mins, but the staff were amazing and friendly. They where very helpful and took time to let us know what we should do next or what the future looked like for my littles teeth

Our appointment was at 3:15 so we arrived at 3. It was so packed we had to wait outside but by 3:40 we finally had to ask what was going on. After that, they finally got us back around 4. Not happy about the over booking and having to wait that long for our appointment
