They made me not feel so scared.
Good service, very caring employees. My daughter never complain about going to the dentist, she comes out happy every appointment she has.
I LOVE PREMIRE ORTHODONTIST ALL THE STAFF'S ARE AMAZING AND JAYDEN CHANGE HIS COLORS EVERYTIME HE COME IN TO GET CLEAN AND UP KEEPING ON HIS TEETH. JAYDEN TEETH ARE AWSOMSE AND IMPROVING
They answered all the questions my daughters came with. They also help to alleviate whatever fears they had about the future procedure. All in all they were very helpful in explaining exactly what it was that they were aiming to fix as quick as possible to eliminate later issues they might end up having.
Staff was friendly and very polite.
They greeted us right away, didn't have a very long wait time. Explains everything to were you can understand it. They were very nice and pleasant!
The lady who helped Brantly was amazing and sweet. The lady who helped my other son, Collin left him in tears on the way home. She was verbally rude when he asked about having a yellow bands option and made him feel stupid. She was very impolite when I mentioned the doctor had told us his spacer was to be removed that day and made us feel like a complete burden. She was super rough with him and hurt his mouth. While crying on the way home he asked me to never make him see her again.
The girl that helped me was amazing. I never did catch her name but she was very gentle and very nice. I highly recommend her
