So so so happy with yesterday's appointment. I have an estranged husband who apparently didn't tell me our appointment was cancelled after he happened to bring our son to the last appointment. The owner rectified the situation and was amazingly helpful and kind. Front desk didn't have the bedside manor they should have at all, but must've been an off day. No worries.

This is Gemma’s grandma responding for her. She complained to me that she thought the male technician was too rough and asked that she not get him again. I sat right beside her and did not notice any roughness. I have been satisfied with her getting care on time, everyone is pleasant and professional.

Very quick and efficient with really kind staff. It was a really quick and easy set up considering we had little to no time to prepare for it and we are very grateful for how wonderful we were treated. We got in immediately and had everything done within a half hour. It was definitely one of the best experiences we've had within the dentist/orthodontist industry.
Great, felt comfortable and informed that whole time. Dr was great at explaining the different phases and gave good expectations for treatment.
