Great place to live! This place has been a peaceful retreat away from the busy life of the city. Access to the location is fantastic and maintenance is very responsive. The place is a great value with it's location, new pool, and nice work out room. As someone that stays alone in my place, I feel very secure in the apartment, too. The front office staff is great and excellent with their communication.

President Madison Review My apartment hunt was very long and very stressful. I can honestly say that when I left President Madison's leasing office, I knew this was the right fit. This was the most spacious one bedroom in the area and everything but electric is included in the rent! That was a major must in my hunting. The girls in the office made my move in very easy. Summary of Apartment after 2 months I would like to break down the good and the bad when it comes to living here at President Madison Apartments. Good: I have Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment, the living room size is more than big enough. I requested for updated an kitchen, have all wood cabinets and new fridge/stove. The location is great, central air works well, and had no problem getting a covered parking spot. Bad: The water can varies from super hot to super cold, often changes while already in shower.
