Such high hopes, disappointed. It's nice and quiet place to stay but a lot of little issues upon moving in. I wanted an un-upgraded unit but they switched my application to a unit that I didn't but apply for and upgraded it. I applied MONTHS in advance of moving in and no one called me to tell me the unit I applied for was no longer available. Communication is an issue. Worst management experience!! This apartment has the worst management EVER! I have been living in apartments for the past sox years and never did I come across a management with so less concern about its residents. You have to put in maintenance request at least for a month to actually have someone show up. Our A/C unit is the weakest. when its close to a hundred degrees outside, my apartment is a furnace. Worst maintenance ever! This apartment community is the worst, I mean it...worst that I have stayed in so far. They don't deserve a single star. If you take the time to read the other reviews, a common complaint would be maintenance. It sucks here big time. It's 11:16pm, I am in 1 bedroom apartment with my wife and a crying 18 month old baby, all are wide awake because its 82º inside the apartment. Stay away from this place!!! I've asked them to revise my contract but still no feedback! Full of liars, no commitment!!! They were nice when you first came for a new apt, but they become very rude and trustless after you signed with them. I was told TWO days before my move in that my apt was changed, but I have applied all things and changed addresses already!
