Terrible comps for high tier players and payouts are awful. They like to blame it on the higher taxes they have to pay, but their profits tell a different story. Additionally, drink prices are outrageous and you are limited to 1 drink every 30 minutes. Take the 50 minute drive to Salamanca where comps are better, drinks are free and your money is sure to stretch further.

employees are rude as hell here. much better off driving to Cleveland or seneca. employees much more friendlier than presque isle. why it's always dead here. no customer service no smiles it's cold and they dont care about you here

This place is a joke all thanks to Douglas Merski sitting on his hands at the Gaming Board, while casinos commit ACTUAL ROBBERY at these rttp % funneling the money into his corrupt brothers political campaigns.

I visited the casino this evening. I went to the main bar to get a drink for my boyfriend. The bartender (Scotty) looked at me waited on the couple that sat down after me waited on them and walked away. I proceeded to the other end of the bar trying to get a drink and he aggressively approached me asking if I had a problem with him. I am a bartender and know for certain this is not the type of behavior that is acceptable. He should not be in this position. I didn’t even know it was possible to lose 29/30 hands of blackjack. I guess the state police have to make their money somehow. Worst casino ever.

What a dump. Machines busted and dirty. Play $100 and literally hit nothing more than a 4x on a few wins. The lone feature I won was a 2x on the bet. This place takes right slots to the next level. Which is saying something in this age of casino greed.
