It would so nice if your employees conducted themselves like professionals and didn’t come on others personal pages with their racist bs.

This place sucks! Went there to have a nice family dinner at Brew Brothers and watch the horse races. We were denied entry to the restaurant because my 4 year old nephew was with us, even though we had gone there numerous times before! My nephew was devastated because he loves watching the horses. We took him over by the fence in the parking lot so he could see the horses, and there was nobody within 100 yards of us. Hi David! We are sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, you are correct about being able to bring kids to our restaurants. That was pre-COVID. Upon reopening, we mandated that you had to be 21 and older. We did have this information posted online under the COVID-19 FAQs but there is A LOT of information packed into there. We are hopeful that once the 250 person limit restriction is lifted, we'll be able to open racing to ALL of our fans.

Some of the machines were not working as usual. Touch screens made me nervous. Hand sanitizer was available. Partitions were in some areas. I like the old cheaper machines where it takes me longer to loose my money. I don’t want to bet $100 every play. The payout should be better and more often so I stay entertained

I don't agree to pay a $1for Pepsi now.....shud b free.....1 girl. server for the casino..is Not enough for the whole. floor.........and she WAS not wearing a mask.............other then that. it was ok...

Unfortunately, to ensure social distancing, we did have to make some changes that we did not want to, and charging for the drinks was one of them. We will talk with our Food & Beverage Dept regarding the servers that are stationed on the floor, as well as ensuring they are wearing their masks properly while they work. We thank you for your recommendation, and are glad you enjoyed your experience overall while we all work together through these bizarre times!

I’ve been here tons of times.. The workers are rude and smell real bad!!!!!! They treat other people from different areas differently with promotions and winnings. This casino I hear would rather pay the fines then to pay.. And the toilets are Disgusting

Did sports bet for $60 put $100 bill in and had a $40 ticket and went to use it and it claimed I already used the ticket which wasn’t right and did nothing to make it right
