I've been going here 10 years with my bf and we've had good times here. However these are my issues. 1. how come I never see anyone cleaning off the machines 🤔 (sticky buttons etc.) 2. Why is there limited entertainment now? Or is it just bcuz covid killed business? 3. Was the 1 drink per person an lbc thing or just a new rule in general? 4. My husband and I stopped in when we were on vacation. We are both pretty big slot players. I go to live casino every weekend. I have never run into such tight machines in my life! It was honestly pathetic. I lost 100 dollars playing penny machines not max betting.. maybe 50 cents a spin. Nothing even let me play! They were dead as a doornail! The bar service is absolutely terrible. It was a busy night and the bartenders that I came in contact with were slow and showed no hustle at all. The wait time to get a beer was insane. This whole 1 drink per customer every 20 mins is the dumbest thing ever. The bartenders were rude and some got pretty nasty with people who questioned it. Was there for the opening of the Casino since the pandemic. They were not prepared they didn’t have any drinks the vending machine drinks were jammed up weren’t coming out that you would have to stand in line for an extremely long time to find out that you can’t get a pop at the same place you had to go stand in another line it was opening night they should have been more prepared knowing how many people normally go there there wasn’t one place to get a drink and I mean even water as extremely disappointing it was not a good... read more

GAMBLERS BEWARE ….Was accosted in parking lot by security while waiting for a handicapped parking space to come available….. He first yelled from across parking lot and then came to truck in a very unprofessional manner and told me l need an attitude adjustment and the casino didn’t need my money… all this happened in front of my wife … all that was needed was to come over in a gentlemanly and ask me to move ….. So I have spent soooo much money at this casino. I am local and have never won big ever. I still love going and have had a great time on family nights watching the horses and betting. Well today we went to a local hotdog stop across the street. Due to me being immune compromised I do not go anywhere to eat indoors. I was here yesterday and the machines barely paid out anything! Came back again tonight. same thing! Plus all the bars are closed and customer service said to ask the cocktail waitresses or go and get soda in the machines in the Cafe! After taking all my money for 2 days I don't know why I should have to pay a waitress for a bottle of water or pay for one at a machine!
