We go to Presque Isle just about every Wednesday on a bus from Meadville, get there about 6:00 p.m., and go upstairs to brew brothers for dinner about 6:30. Last night we went upstairs and was told there was a waiting list.(not the first time this has happened). There were at least 20 to 30 empty tables. When we asked to talk to a manager he told us they did not have enough staff to service those tables. You shut your buffet down on weekdays and not enough staff upstairs. We just want to eat and enjoy some slots. On... read more
Was there last night. There weren't many people playing anything. There were no bell or whistles or even winners yelling. The games don't pay out. The other casinos I have been to send offers by emails and by mail, they offer free play, free buffets. The others offers incentives to get people to go play their games. Presque Isle gives you no incentive to go there. The last time I was at the buffet there were a lot of empty trays and it was a poor selection, food was cold. I really don't see us going back anytime soon.
Machines are really tight. The perks are nothing anymore. Don't received much in the mail that would even draw you there. My husband likes it because he can play poker.
Most of the food on the buffet was cold I guess I should of ask for the manager
I'm not a slot player. I play poker mainly along with a few table games. Promotions in the poker room are fair. Promotions for the casino are less than desirable! And I understand that PA won't allow free drinks. That's when the owners should step up there game. $5-7 for a draft beer and $3.50 for a watered down cocktail! Really, drinks and food should be at private club prices. Maybe people would stay longer and try new games. This casino should be in lucky there is not another casino!
I doubt that we will return. Machines crammed together...isles too narrow ...parking lot awful. Way too smoke filled. Just too many negatives to have much fun. Should have listened to all of the meh reviews of this place and went elsewhere. Wanted to warn others. Lesson learned!!
