I have never written a review in my life. But let me tell you being a black card member and being I have gone to this casino since day 1 I think I can be a pretty good judge of the decline in this casino. Let's start with the payouts. It use to be I could go with a bunch of friends and we could play all day. Getting free spins was exciting because you would actually win something. Not anymore. The perks?? What a joke. I've been to Presque lsle downs casino alot of times over the last yr, and I can say I have never won, I don't use my players card alot of times, but I've never received any free play, tables just steal your money, and the slots just take it as well, I know I have spent a good amount of money couple hundred at a time most visits, and I've never had a payout, at one time, 800 I put in not a 1.00 back, and couple wks ago I watch a man put 1300.00 in a machine and nothing and then I put 100 right after him and nothing, I'm just... read more

No point in going anymore all it is any more is slots they took out the one games I could keep up with which was the electronic roulette slots bored me all I do now is watch my husband play craps

Let me tell you how I feel - I am a Gold Card player and just received my monthly mailer! $5 ONCE a week free play!! I thought $10 twice a week was bad - You have got to be kidding me. Way to treat your regular customers PID!

My wife and I have been to this casino a few times, but it seems things have changed here can't win at all very sad if this this is how they are taking your money, I will stick with Niagara Falls casino from now on..

While I love love love the actual casino the games are fun the food and parking situations are great.. I will say I never experienced such rude bartenders in my life as I did last night.one girl ignored us anytime we walked to the bar.. Which was annoying but I get she was probably busy bug the girl who took over after her was just plain unpleasant. It was really unfortunate that anytime I'd go get my boyfriend a drink I dreaded it because I knew she would give me a dirty look and I was lucky if I got a grunt out of her eve... read more
