I have been going to this casino every since it opened, usually having a good time getting to play for awhile, but in the last couple of years the place has really gone down hill. Your lucky if you get to play for a few minutes with the same money you use to play for hours. This month is my birthday and in the past use to get $25 in free play and a couple free buffets. It really took my money, none of the machines let me win anything back. Went through $500 faster than at any casino I've ever been too. I felt the buffet was over priced also.

They changed the points, downgraded me from Gold to Silver, I was told NO to a food comp by Rachel, took my regular food comps away, machines are super tight, reduced the twice weekly free play all without warning !!! SOLUTION STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I use to go often. Things have changed ALOT. The last few times we were there I didn't have any promo on my card so they told me I had to go to a kiosk. Went to the kiosk...nothing. We don't go there thinking we are gonna win every time but some play money ( like hitting little things) would be nice. Come on Presque Isle ....I know it must be hard when you run into glitches but it's been long enough. Make your changes and make your customers happy again. We want to come back!!!!!

Hubs and I go to different casinos when we're traveling, never looking to win. Just to have a good time. Service is very rude here, walked in girl asked me for my id, cool went to a bracelet on my hand and I gave her my left, she was like other hand please super smart. Okay. Whatever- also went to the service desk due to error with ticket, so asked about players card while there, she barley explained it, and was sorta rude about it. brew brothers- awful. prior to the change to "white card " I had saved up a lot of food perks to use at some time-- once you made the change I lost all of them? did anyone tell me that this was going to happen? please put them back on my new card -- The systems didn't work for months and now I lose all my accumulated food perks? I talked with someone at the service desk and got no place -- As far as I am concerned its like stealing money out of my pocket -- I earned them and should have them back

Last trip for me. The new card system is horrible. I went from platinum to some gold card. Took all my perks and host. No more food percs, you earn points now. I called and they say that that's where I go under the new system. Why did I spend all the money to reach the platinum tier...? Machines are horrible. You wait forever for a bonus, then get absolutely nothing. No longer worth driving 60 miles to get annoyed... I can stay home for that.
