I have used Pride for many years and have been pleased with the work that has been done. I was especially pleased with the technician who came today, Mr. Kingsley-tech 1846. He was pleasant, neat and efficient. Happy 2017.
The service was excellent. I called in the morning and a repairman, Chris, was at our house to repair the leaking toilet before 11:30. He was vet professional and friendly. The job was done quickly and efficiently.
I called Pride to come to fixe the air condition in my condo in Florida. They are supposed to call half an hour before to come. They don't et then you receive a call saying thaht it's reported to Monday the week after. For an elderly it's suffering to have very hot weather in the condo. Very bad service. I will never do business with them anymore. Today they did the same, no call at all. The guy was waiting in the parking saying I'm here and if I was not there, he would have go away. Just had an interesting conversation with a representative of Pride Appliance services. My mother cancelled her contract as of June 1, 2016, she moved out of state. Her contract was not expired until September 1, 2016. I sent a cancellation letter in May as they requested, spoke with representative Michelle, and was told a refund would be sent for the remaining 3 months not used.
