Trying to get refund for cancelled policy due to moving to a new home (and different state). Been lied to multiple times by contract dept employees telling us that the check "is in the mail" since June 15th . Today (July 14) they now say it was mailed before the 4th of July holiday. Still no check. Hope folks see this review before purchasing a contract. Wish we had done our research.
there contract ....never pay in advance. My mother moved in April 21, closed the contract with them. It is July 14 and she is still waiting for a refund. she keeps calling, and the keep saying it's in the mail... they owe her over 180 dollars..... never knew the postal service was that slow.
I have a refrigerator at Pride for 2 weeks and not only can I get it repaired but can’t seem to get an answer to when we expect to have it repaired and returned. We only speak to customer service representatives when we call them. Each time they promise to return a call by the end of the day. We have never received a call back. We are hoping for a swift resolution quickly. Our contract reads repair or replace. It is time for action.

Stay away from this company. Horrible customer service. It takes days for them to send someone out for a service call and their technicians are inexperienced and unqualified. Several times they were not able to fix the problem so I had to hire another company to make the repair. What's the purpose of having a service contract if they are not capable of fixing things when they break? This was a total waste of money.
