Terrible experience . Still waiting for my parts. They never return my phone calls.

Pride does not take pride in their customer service. My father has a contract with them and the first serviceman that came to their home did not order the parts needed for the repair when he said he would. My father had to call them to find out if the parts came in and they said they were never ordered. Then when the parts finally came in an appointment was scheduled between 2pm and 6pm. BEWARE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS "COMPANY" I'd give 0 stars if I could. This company has the worst customer service ever!!!!!! I bought a brand new Trane AC unit with a 10 year warranty and the the aluminum coil had a leak and the whole thing needed to be replaced within the first 2 years of this brand new unit. They got the part under warranty and replaced it ( service being a 6 hour window and 3 days out just to come out; every service call I had with them was like this, prepare to take off work a lot!) 6 years later, same par... read more

After having purchased 2 ac units in the pSt Nd always using their service, I am very disappointed in the their lack of response. Had a service call at 11:30 am tech finished by noon to inform me I needed to replace fan. Did not know if they could get it today or not. Waited all afternoon for someone to inform me of status. No one called. When I called at 10 minutes to 5 I was told everyone was gone for the day. Call back Monday. Installers could be clean and clean up before they leave...they left my home with handprints and scuffs on my walls, and front door. They dropped the old unit as they were removing it , water and scuffs on my newly painted walls. Also an hour after they left, the air conditioner is not working. I am not happy.

My sister has had trouble with her AC since she bought it 4 years. Pride still refuses to replace it even though it breaks down every year and they cannot get a part to fix it.
No compaction, whatsoever. I was to recommend the service to five friends(property owners) I was about to meet today.I was stuck waiting for service.
Very disappointed today. Usually Pride does a great job. Today they came to clean our AC coils. Told us a 2 hour job so my husband made arrangements to be home. An hour into the job he notices the truck is gone. He gets a call that they broke a part and had to go get a new one. So the 2 hour job became a 4 hour job!! The AC is located in my laundry room which was left with dirt everywhere! I came home to black smudged all over one of the walls and black dirt covering everything.
